The HL7Connect interface
engine is a full-featured environment for developing and maintaining
HL7 interfaces.
- HL7Connect facilitates easy management
of multiple HL7 feeds in multiple formats such as TCP/IP
and files.
- Conversion between HL7 and other data formats,
such as fixed or delimited files, XML or ANSI X-12 is not
a problem.
- Messages may be incoming or outgoing, stored
or routed, validated or manipulated.
- Stored messages - both raw and interpreted,
may be viewed, tabulated, resent, downloaded or deleted
using HL7Connect’s message editor.
- HL7Connect gives you total control.
Data is stored in an SQL compliant database, in a choice
of database systems.
- Administration and monitoring of HL7Connect
is performed via a web browser.

Finding
Robear Consulting (now Dynamic Health IT) and HL7Connect
was great. As with most community hospitals, we sometimes
have a very tight budget, and despite that we were
able to accomplish multiple interfaces, some of which
were not standard HL7 and very customized for our
needs. Their staff is friendly and flexible, and
we look forward to working with them more, as we require
additional interfaces. They are always available
for support whenever we need it.
