Did you receive information from a provider to connect on your phone? Dynamic Health IT has partnered with your physician's Electronic Health Record system. We do not have access to your health data.
- You have a right to your health information
- Contact your provider for a list of 3rd party applications
- The activation process that you may have performed provides an alternative data access
- You are not required to use an app on your phone to access your data
- Your patient portal is still the source of truth for your data, and there's nothing more you need to do
