What you’d work on
- Quality measures – CMS eCQM specifications, Clinical Quality Language (CQL), QRDA Category I and III, and the transition from eCQMs to digital quality measures.
- Interoperability – FHIR API, bulk data export,
Measure/MeasureReportresources, CDS Hooks, C-CDA generation and validation, HL7 v2 interfaces. - Gaps in care – digital quality measure logic that finds open care gaps, surfaced in the clinician’s workflow through CDS Hooks while the patient is still in the room.
- Prior authorization – FHIR-based prior auth under CMS-0057-F, including the Da Vinci CRD, DTR, and PAS implementation guides.
- The stack – C# and .NET Core, MS SQL Server, RESTful APIs
