Healthcare Software Analyst (QA)
We are seeking a Healthcare Application Analyst to help in designing, implementing, troubleshooting and quality-assuring our software. The responsibilities include developing comprehensive documentation, staying up to date on regulatory requirements, understanding customer workflows, and ensuring the overall quality of both the user interface and the back-end of our product suite. This role involves training on a data submission platform, where you will play a key role in guiding customers through support calls. Your responsibilities will extend to leveraging project management skills and utilizing ticketing systems effectively. We are looking for someone with a strong eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate possesses a healthcare (preferably clinical) background, excels as a team player, and has exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
